Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 27, 2026This policy covers the Agistri website (agistri.app), run by TKN Studio.
What we collect
- Your photos — the photos you upload, used only to create your videos and videos.
- Your answers (the template you picked) to create the result you asked for.
- Your email — to keep your videos and credits under your account and to send order messages. Product news only if you tick the box.
- Ad-click details (campaign and ad name, Meta click identifiers) and basic technical data (IP address, browser) to measure our ads and prevent abuse.
- Orders: you enter payment details on Paddle's checkout (Paddle.com is our reseller and Merchant of Record); we receive only the order details — email, plan, amount, country — never your card.
Your photos
Photos are stored in Google Cloud and sent to our AI provider fal.ai only to generate your images. We do not use your photos or results to train AI models, we do not create face templates or use them to identify anyone, and we do not sell them. Uploaded photos are deleted automatically after 7 days and results and videos after 30 days. Email tknappstudio@gmail.com to have them deleted sooner.
Photo checks, text and Face Profiles
Before anything is made, an AI model checks each photo (how many faces, lighting, sunglasses, whether a person looks under 18, nudity) only to warn you or to refuse the photo; the result is not used to identify anyone. Text you type in Create or Talking Photo is sent to our AI providers to check it and to make your result. Face Profile photos are kept until you delete them; we don't create face templates from them. If you turn on a public link, that one result can be watched by anyone with the link.
Signing in
If you set a password, we store only a salted, one-way hash of it — never the password itself. If you sign in with Google or Apple, they tell us your email address (with Apple, it can be a private relay address that forwards to you) and an account ID, and nothing else. Setting or changing a password signs out your other devices and private links.
Purchases in the iOS app
In the iOS app, payment details go to Apple, not to us; we receive only the product, the transaction status and the credits to add. Our subscription service RevenueCat validates App Store receipts and keeps the purchase history, tied to an anonymous app user ID.
Advertising measurement
The website uses the Meta Pixel (in Europe and Turkey only after you accept) and we send Meta a hashed, unreadable version of your email to measure our ads. Your photos are never shared with advertisers.
Retention and deletion
We keep order records as long as your plan is active plus the refund window. Email tknappstudio@gmail.com to have your email, answers and images deleted at any time.

Children
Agistri is for adults (18+). Apart from your own childhood photo in “Meet Younger Me” and old family photos in “Old Photo Alive” (processed only to create your video, never used to identify anyone), it must not be used with photos of children.
